 Detached indoor amenity space is located on top of the 4-storey podium, adjacent to a substantial outdoor amenity area that includes a running track, green spaces, and a playground. There is also a separate amenity area with a gym, multi-sport courts, and meeting room in the southern end of the podium. At ground level on North Road will be a large restaurant and two commercial retail units. A multi-use pathway is proposed along the southwest edge of the site, connecting North Road to a new north-south road bisecting the property. Phase one proposes a total of 843 vehicle stalls in eight parkade levels, of which four are underground. These include 591 residential, 153 commercial, 99 visitor, and 29 accessible spaces. Of the residential vehicle stalls, 147 will have an electric vehicle charger. Long-term storage space will be provided for 995 bicycles, while short-term parking can accommodate 12 bikes. Un/loading will be available in four bays.
